Life in the 21st century places many changing demands on students making the transition through adolescence. They are at a crucial period of personal, social, physical and intellectual development, of uncertainty and of questioning.
Years 7-9 cover the transition from the more structured environment of the Primary School and prepares students for the independent study required for IGCSE and IBDP. The content of the National Curriculum of England is modified to take into account our position in South East Asia. It is inquiry based with an emphasis on developing basic skills and concepts and building a firm foundation for the IGCSE and IBDP years.
Assessment is graded on a 1 to 7 system and is criteria referenced.
