Registro Profesional de Tenis (RPT) Centre of Excellence
Widely known as the ‘Spanish system’, RPT’s drills and coaching methodology are essential components of the BISP Tennis Centre’s training programmes. All of our highly experienced coaching staff are RPT qualified.
We offer a wide range of programmes for different ability levels. Tennis is introduced on the Physical Education curriculum in Year 3, where the professional tennis coaches support the PE teachers. This places BISP at the very heart of tennis innovation and development in South East Asia and provides valuable links to academies and tennis schools across the world, particularly in Europe and Spain.
Tennis teaches children the importance of trusting themselves and their instincts.
Regular tournaments are held at our Tennis Centre, which range from internal competitions aimed at participation and development, to the annual BISP Tennis 4s, where UTR points are available. BISP also hosts a number of competitions held by other regional organisations.
High Performance athletes are encouraged to enter regional tournaments where they will receive Thailand ranking points and also UTR and ITF points to ensure international recognition.
Community Tennis Club
The Tennis Centre is home to the BISP Tennis Club, where all interested tennis players can meet to pursue opportunities to play the sport competitively, as well as socially.
