The Primary and Secondary libraries at British International School, Phuket (BISP) are now equipped with two wonderful Lego Walls, which were kindly put together by Y12 and Y13 CAS students under the supervision of Miss Colson, and opened to students this week.

“Libraries are learning spaces, and Lego are a great way to be creative, develop motor skills, challenge yourself, and learn whilst having fun, so the Library is a perfect place to introduce these in our school”, says Learning Centre Director Cindy Colson.

“So far, the students’ response has been overwhelmingly enthusiastic! From Y1 wanting to build space stations, to Y13 wanting to use it as a way to release stress, we have seen some great designs, both from boys and girls.”

Please note: the Lego Walls are used by the students under strict rules and only at break and lunch times. The teachers may also request to use them in the Library with their classes during lesson times.
