Information Session and Annual General Meeting

New Executive Members Sought


Dear Parents, Guardians and Teachers,

We are pleased to invite all parents, guardians and teachers to the Parents Teachers Association Annual General Meeting at 8.30am on Thursday 9th June in the Archive Room in the Secondary Building. Coffee and tea will be available.


The PTA Executive Committee exists to:

– Promote the welfare of the students.

– Involve parents of all nationalities in PTA affairs and promote contacts between parents, teachers and staff to foster understanding and cooperation.

– Liaise with the School Administration to provide information assisting the Administration, teachers and the Board of Directors to provide the best possible educational and social experience for all students.

– Contribute to the international, cultural and social diversity of the school by organizing and supporting events and activities which create an open and harmonious community spirit, e.g., the Christmas & Spring Fairs, International Day, sports events and various drama and musical productions.


How does the PTA raise funds?

Through various events such as those listed above, second-hand sales and offering refreshments at a variety of school functions. We are supported by the class representatives of the whole school and other willing parents, staff and teachers.
