The College Counselling Office welcomes you to another exciting year of preparation for the future!
Choosing a career path is a thrilling and challenging process, and our main goal remains to help students discover a variety of post-secondary and professional options.
With that in mind, each year we host visits by university representatives in order to give students and parents the opportunity to learn more about a university and to interact with a member of the admissions team.
The first two visits to BISP this year are already happening next week: University of British Columbia (Canada) and Nagoya University (Japan). The events are open to all students and parents.
University of British Columbia, Canada
Monday, 31st August
12:30 – 1:30 pm
The University of British Columbia ranks among the best public research universities in the world. Its two major campuses — the Vancouver campus and the Okanagan campus — currently attract more than 58,000 students from Canada and 140 countries and are arguably the most beautiful places on earth to pursue your academic career.
Nagoya University, Japan
Tuesday, 1st September
12:30 – 1:30 pm
Nagoya University traces its roots back to the 19th century when it was a temporary medical school. It became the last Imperial University of Japan in 1939 (one of the 7 top-ranking, most prestigious higher education institutions in Japan). It is therefore not surprising that what is now Nagoya University boasts a long history of excellence in the fields of medicine, science and engineering.
