The 2025 BISP University Fair concluded with great success, once again providing an invaluable experience for our students and families as they prepare for their future studies.
This year, the fair welcomed representatives from over 130 universities across 20 countries, making it the largest event of its kind in Phuket. Students and parents had the chance to meet admissions representatives from leading institutions, including Cambridge, Imperial, NYU, and UC San Diego, alongside many others from the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Thailand and beyond. These conversations offered valuable insights into admissions requirements, academic programmes, scholarships, campus life and career pathways.
The fair was extensive and really well planned out, and all of the universities there were well-suited for the people at this school – Y13 Student
Workshops to Inspire and Guide
Alongside the main fair, a series of workshops gave students practical guidance on applications, admission essays and specific academic pathways. University representatives led 22 workshops for BISP students and the wider Phuket community. Sessions covered a diverse range of topics, from Medicine, Engineering and Business to Liberal Arts, Humanities, the Arts, Hospitality and Athletics. Whether an aspiring engineer, artist or athlete, students left with concrete tips and a clearer vision of their next steps.
We are very grateful to our school for giving us the opportunity to speak with many universities and to think more deeply about our options after BISP – Y12 Student
A Community Highlight
The fair continues to be a key event in the BISP calendar, and this year’s edition reflected the enthusiasm and ambition of our community. Many students and parents discovered new options they had not previously considered, while others deepened their knowledge of universities already on their radar.

We are proud to have hosted such a meaningful event once again and extend our thanks to the University Counsellors and all staff involved in making the day run smoothly. The University Fair plays a vital role in preparing our students for the future, and we look forward to building on this success in years to come.
