Born in the period just after COVID, when schools and communities were eager to reconnect, PhuketMUN has grown from a small island gathering into one of Thailand’s most vibrant Model United Nations conferences.

This year, BISP proudly hosted PhuketMUN 2025, welcoming more than 100 students from schools across Phuket and Bangkok for a two-day conference. Delegates from UWCT, HeadStart and KIS joined our own BISP students to debate global issues, exchange ideas and experience the spirit of collaboration that defines Model United Nations.

The BISP MUN team excelled, earning a number of significant awards and demonstrating outstanding research, diplomacy and debate skills. This experience will help our delegates shine at upcoming conferences, including CISMUNat Concordian International School later this month and the prestigious THAIMUN at Brighton College Bangkok in March.
