Our Year 1 children recently went on an alphabet hunt as part of their phonics lesson. Their task was to collect items starting with each letter of the alphabet and arrange them in alphabetical order.
The students had a great time hunting down items in their homes and found a wonderful assortment of things – including a mango, net, Olaf from Frozen and a plant! One student included herself too – Z for Zanee! Great work Year 1!
