Taisiia has been a part of the BISP community for over seven years, growing into a confident and creative leader with a passion for community, organisation and global impact. She has received offers from top universities including McGill University, Canada, IE University Madrid, the University of Toronto, the University of Edinburgh and Queen Mary University of London. She will go on to pursue a dual degree in Business Administration and Law, reflecting her interest in both innovation and justice.

Although business was not her first choice, her experience in the IB Business and Management course helped her realise how closely it aligned with her interests. She credits the engaging teaching style, strong classroom community and real-world application of business theories for shaping her academic path. Her extended essay experience further deepened her confidence in pursuing the subject at university.

Taisiia served as Deputy Head Student for Wellbeing in 2024, helping to organise Wellbeing Days and speak at whole-school events. She was also Head of Marketing for the Events Committee, taking a leading role in planning both Prom and the Halloween Disco. These roles taught her the power of collaboration and gave her opportunities to lead with purpose while contributing to projects that made a lasting impact.

With a firm academic foundation and a strong sense of initiative, Taisiia is ready to take on the next chapter of her learning journey, combining business and law to drive positive change in the world around her.
