We are delighted to share wonderful news about BISP Student Daphne (Year 10), who recently achieved success on the international stage.

On 8 February 2026, Daphne performed in the Finals of the Singapore Golden Lion Awards International Music Festival, held in Singapore. Competing in the Piano ABRSM Grade 4–6 Group category, she was awarded Bronze following her performance.

The festival is recognised for promoting musical excellence and fostering cultural exchange across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and the wider international arts community. Reaching the finals and securing a podium finish reflects both Daphne’s technical proficiency and her composure in a competitive performance environment.

Preparing for an international music festival requires sustained practice, discipline, and confidence. Daphne’s achievement is a testament to her commitment to developing her musicianship alongside her academic studies.
