Viktoriia joined the BISP community in Year 10 and has grown into a thoughtful, driven, and community-minded young leader. She will continue her studies at IE University in Madrid, where she plans to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration.
During her time at BISP, Viktoriia made a meaningful impact through her role as Head of Wellbeing on the Student Leadership Team. Passionate about creating a positive and welcoming school environment, she worked closely with fellow student leaders to support her peers and strengthen the sense of community within Senior School. Through this role, she developed valuable skills in communication, teamwork, and empathy. She also brought creativity and cultural pride to school life by choreographing and leading Russian dance performances for International Day over four consecutive years, including a special performance for her graduating class.
Academically, Viktoriia’s experiences in Business, Economics, and Environmental Systems and Societies helped shape her interest in entrepreneurship and sustainable business practices. Beyond the classroom, her involvement in Model United Nations, the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award programme, and a student-led sustainability project further strengthened her passion for leadership, innovation, and creating positive change. Together with her friends, she transformed recycled bottle caps into accessories, raising funds to support environmental initiatives within the local community.
Viktoriia leaves BISP as a confident and compassionate young woman whose leadership has been defined by service, creativity, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As she begins this exciting new chapter, she does so with a global outlook, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong foundation for future success.
