On Saturday 13 September, BISP hosted a special First Aid training event to mark World First Aid Day. Held on campus, the session brought together 15 participants from our community, including parents, students and nannies.
Led by First Aid Training Phuket, the workshop provided practical, hands-on guidance in essential lifesaving skills. Attendees learned how to respond effectively in emergencies, from treating minor injuries to taking action in more serious situations before professional help arrives.
The atmosphere was collaborative and supportive, with participants practising key techniques and building confidence in their ability to step in when needed. Parents and nannies valued the chance to refresh their knowledge, while students embraced the opportunity to develop real-world skills that extend beyond the classroom.
This event reflects BISP’s commitment to wellbeing and safety, ensuring our community is prepared and empowered to support one another when it matters most. We are grateful to all who joined us and look forward to offering more opportunities to strengthen these vital skills in the future.
