The BISP Pull-Up Competition returned in January 2026, bringing together an incredible number of students from Year 2 through Year 13 for two high-energy days celebrating strength, determination, and house pride.

With the Primary school competition held on 13th January and the Secondary competition held on 14th January, participation across both divisions of the school was outstanding, with students pushing their limits, supporting one another, and earning valuable points for their houses. Students completed as many pull-ups as possible, with a hanging option available to ensure the event remained inclusive and accessible for all.

The atmosphere across both days was electric, with constant encouragement from peers and staff, creating a true celebration of effort and resilience. A special mention to Andrew (Year 6 – Yellow Leopards) for being the overall winner with 30 pull ups! Below are the first -lace results by year group:

Their continued support has helped establish the Pull-Up Competition as a valued BISP tradition that challenges students while bringing the community together. Congratulations to all participants and champions for making the 2026 BISP Pull-Up Competition such a success.
