BISP Primary School held its annual KS1 Sports Day on 5th February 2024 with a morning full of excitement and friendly competition among the students. The event was filled with a variety of fun and engaging events such as Quiot Sling, a 50m race, Long Jump, Stepping Stones, Mini Hurdles and Vortex.

Students were encouraged to participate in six events with each class spending 15 mins at each event before rotating. Students were able to earn house points for their respective houses in all events, while in the Vortex, long jump and the 50 m race the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place boys and girls received a ribbon too. The Year 1 and Year 2 students were keen to showcase their physical literacy skills and their effort and determination could clearly be seen on their smiling faces.

The KS1 Sports day was a morning filled with kindness, sportsmanship, respect, bravery, resilience and teamwork. Congratulations to all the students for their outstanding sportsmanship and thank you to the BISP PE team for organising such an enjoyable event.
