Our Year 2 children have been busy drawing imaginary cities in the style of French artist Guillaume Cornet, whose hand-drawn city scenes are packed with thousands of things to spot. I’m sure Cornet himself would be super impressed by the lovely work produced by our students!
Each year in Term 3, children in Reception and Year 1 & 2 begin specialist weekly art lessons with Mrs McGuigan and Mrs Hildreth in the art room and enjoy these core lessons through to Year 9. After that, our creative students may select IGCSE Art & Design in Year 10 and the Visual Arts course at IB level.
