To mark World First Aid Day, BISP will host a special First Aid & CPR Training session for parents and children on Saturday, 12 September 2026, bringing families together to learn practical skills that could one day help save a life.

Open to everyone in Phuket, the event offers a fun, interactive and practical approach to first aid, with dedicated training designed for both adults and children. Parents, children, grandparents and caregivers are all welcome to take part.

Training for Parents

The parent training will cover essential first aid skills including:

  • Emergency scene assessment
  • Adult, child and infant CPR
  • Severe bleed management
  • Bandaging for strains and sprains
  • Certification upon completion
Training for Children

Young participants will learn first aid through an accessible, child-friendly programme covering:

  • Emergency scene assessment
  • Grazes and bigger bleeds
  • Bandaging for strains and sprains
  • Building and keeping a child-friendly First Aid Kit
  • Certification upon completion

The aim is not only to teach practical skills, but also to help families build the confidence to respond when an emergency happens.

Cost & Certification
  • THB 750 for BISP parents
  • THB 1,000 for non-BISP participants

Each participant will receive a local certificate upon completion of the session.
