A new partnership between BISP and Le Villa Lake has brought familiar faces back to the BISP community, as alumni Melody and William Juthamongkol and their family reconnect with the school that has played such an important role in their lives.

The Juthamongkol family’s connection with BISP spans more than two decades. Beginning in 2003, siblings from the family attended the school, with the youngest graduating in 2024. Over the years, BISP became more than a place of education—it became a second home where their interests were nurtured and future careers began to take shape.

One of those careers belongs to alumnus William Juthamongkol, whose interest in architecture was first inspired during his time at BISP. Studying subjects including Design Technology, Business Studies and Mathematics led him to pursue Architecture at Monash University. Today, he serves as Project Architect for Le Villa Lake, a contemporary residential development whose name, Le, derives from the Chinese character 樂, meaning “Happiness”, reflecting the directors’ vision of creating positive spaces for the families and communities they serve. Through the project, William applies the skills developed through his education to help create secure and personalised homes for families relocating to Phuket while offering investors a trusted local partner

For the Juthamongkol family, partnering with BISP is a natural continuation of a relationship that has lasted for more than twenty years. Having grown up within the school community, they wanted to bring this project back to what they describe as their “second home” and reconnect with the place that helped shape their journey.

As Melody shared, “With two decades of strong bonding to the school as students, this partnership programme felt like an organic transition that reconnects us to BISP, the community we grew up in, where we hope to evolve alongside one another.”
