Congratulations to International Baccalaureate Diploma candidate and High-Performance student-athlete, George, who has accepted an offer from Leeds Beckett to study a BA (Hons) in Sports Development. George plans to use his passion for sport to impact lives and shape active, healthy communities.
George received offers from all five of his applications to UK universities: Sheffield Hallam University, Edge Hill University, University Campus of Football Business (Burnley Campus), and Cardiff Metropolitan University in Wales.
George joined the BISP Cruzeiro Football Academy in 2019. During this time, he has played for the senior boys’ team, overcome an injury and shown resilience and a determination to succeed. His mature approach, positive attitude and excellent communication skills have made him a valued and respected member of the team.
