British International School, Phuket’s (BISP) Primary Librarian and Technology Integrator Kate Tucker explains how we incorporate technology into the learning process to enhance our students’ education and to prepare them for the future.

Our programme fosters essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving and digital literacy to provide a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Through computer science lessons, robotics activities and our learning spaces as well as teacher professional development opportunities our Primary School curriculum provides our students with fundamental skills for 21st-century learners and, eventually, 21st-century professionals.

Our heartfelt thanks to the family of Mr. Victor Shabourov for their crucial role in advancing our computer science and robotics initiatives. Through Mr. Shabourov’s generous donations, we’ve been able to provide students with cutting-edge technology and educational resources such as the 3D printers, shaping a brighter future in these dynamic fields. The Shabourov family’s commitment to education and innovation is making a lasting impact, and we are truly grateful for their ongoing support.

In this video, we invite you to join us at BISP, where we inspire learning, nurture wellbeing and ignite passion in our youngest learners, as we equip them with the skills to be the leaders for tomorrow.
