Our BISP Tennis Academy is proud to reflect on an academic year of growth, success, and shared achievement during the 2024–25 academic year. From our youngest players to seasoned adult members, this has been a year defined by progress, opportunity and community spirit.

Junior tennis – growth and excellence
BISP’s Junior Tennis Programme has seen significant growth, expanding from 180 to over 230 players ranging from Nursery to Year 13. This increase reflects both the growing trust from families and the strength of our development pathway. The commitment of our dedicated coaching team has led to noticeable improvements in technical, tactical and mental performance across all age groups, ensuring that each player builds a solid foundation for long-term progress.

Performance highlights on the global stage
This year, every performance player competed in ITF tournaments, gaining valuable international experience. Several BISP athletes represented Thailand at national and international levels, with standout moments including one junior qualifying for the prestigious Orange Bowl in Florida – one of the world’s most respected junior tournaments – and another selected to represent Thailand in the Billie Jean King Cup U16.
A special highlight came with Kunanon Pantaratorn (Puthi) being accepted to Dartmouth College in the USA to compete in NCAA Division 1 Tennis from Autumn 2026 – a milestone that inspires the next generation of players. This year also marked our first participation in Tennis Europe events for the U14 category and the addition of promising new athletes to our high-performance squad.

Adult tennis – stronger than ever
The Adult Tennis Programme continues to thrive, with over 150 active players regularly taking part. Many have progressed from recreational play to competitive matches with visiting clubs, demonstrating growing confidence and enthusiasm. The Tennis Membership Programme has also expanded, offering added value through group clinic discounts, restringing services and exclusive pro shop access.

Coaching and demand – a mark of trust
The demand for private and group lessons has reached an all-time high for our entire coaching team. Whether developing young talent or supporting adults in discovering joy and competition through tennis, BISP’s coaches have delivered high-quality, consistent instruction throughout the year.

To enhance the playing experience, new surfaces have been installed on our outdoor courts to ensure safety, and a new awning system now offers protection during the rainy season. These improvements reflect BISP’s ongoing commitment to providing world-class tennis facilities for all players.
