As we reach the end of our first week back at BISP, Head of School Simon Meredith shares a warm welcome to students and families as we begin what promises to be a particularly special year for our community.
The 2026/27 academic year marks BISP’s 30th anniversary, celebrating three decades of education in Phuket. This year, we are delighted to welcome back our returning students alongside 177 new students, from Little Ducks through to Year 13, who have begun their BISP journey this week.
In his message, Simon looks ahead to a year focused on inspiring learning, nurturing wellbeing and igniting passion, while highlighting some of the exciting developments taking place across campus.
Students have already begun making use of the newly opened Senior School Study Centre, created in celebration of BISP’s 30th anniversary, while later this year we also look forward to the opening of the new Drama Hub.
After a busy first week of reconnecting, settling in and getting back into school life, we’re excited for everything the year ahead will bring.
