Living in Phuket, the students recognised the importance of making reliable safety information accessible to the wider community. Their goal was to create a simple and easy-to-use website that explains tsunami warning signs, safety measures and the steps to take before, during and after an emergency.

Designed with both residents and tourists in mind, the website presents essential information in a clear and accessible format for people of all ages. The project aims to promote awareness, reduce panic during emergencies and encourage preparedness across the community.

The initiative reflects the spirit of the IB CAS programme, using learning and service to make a positive contribution beyond the classroom. Through their work, Natcha, Nathakorn and Koichiro have created a practical resource that can help people feel more informed and confident in the event of a tsunami warning.
